At The Element 47, every product is crafted and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, there is an issue with your order, we promise a swift, fair, and transparent resolution.

If You Received the Wrong Item

We sincerely regret any error in fulfilling your order.

Here is how to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Notify us

    Email hello@theelement47.com within 2 days of delivery with:

    • Clear photographs of the product received
    • Your order ID
  2. Review

    Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

  3. Collection

    If approved, our courier partner will arrange to collect the incorrect product.

  4. Alternative option

    If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you with another return method.

  5. Resolution

    Once the product is collected, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

If Your Item Arrived Damaged

We pack every order with utmost care, but in the rare case of damage in transit:

  1. Notify us

    Email hello@theelement47.com within 2 days of delivery with:

    • Photos clearly showing the damage
    • Your order ID
  2. Review

    We will review your request within 48 working hours.

  3. Collection

    If approved, our courier partner will collect the damaged product.

  4. Alternative option

    If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will suggest an alternative return method.

  5. Resolution

    Your replacement will be shipped once the damaged product is collected. If stock is unavailable, we will process a refund.

When Returns or Refunds Cannot Be Processed

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered
  • The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • The request is made more than 2 days after delivery
  • The product belongs to our Makeup category (non-returnable)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once processing begins, cancellations will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value (updated periodically)
  • Cash-on-delivery is available for eligible orders
  • Final shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and are considered final

Pricing & Information Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional errors in product details or pricing may occur.

  • Prices can only be confirmed once your order is placed
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to an error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order before shipment
  • In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has been processed
  • Prices, availability, promotions, and discount codes are subject to change without prior notice
  • Promotional offers and coupons may be limited to specific categories or products and may not be applicable site-wide
