Order Processing & Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 working hours. In the rare event of operational maintenance or unforeseen delays, our team will ensure you are kept informed.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. If you have not received this information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@theelement47.com and we will respond promptly.
Our Promise
We create our products to be loved from the very first use. But if, for any reason, your experience does not match your expectations, we are here to make it right – quickly, personally, and with the least inconvenience to you.
If You Received the Wrong Product
We sincerely regret any oversight and will prioritise resolving it.
Here is how it works:
- Notify Us – Email hello@theelement47.com within 2 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item received
- Your order ID
- Review – Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.
- Collection – Once approved, our courier partner will collect the incorrect item.
- Alternative Option – If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will guide you through an alternative return method.
- Replacement or Refund – Your replacement will be shipped immediately upon receipt (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
If Your Product Arrived Damaged
We pack every order with care, but in the rare event of damage in transit, we will ensure a swift resolution.
Here is how it works:
- Notify Us – Email hello@theelement47.com within 2 days of delivery, including:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Your order ID
- Review – We will review your request within 48 working hours.
- Collection – Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged product.
- Alternative Option – If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will assist you with another return option.
- Replacement or Refund – Once the product is collected, we will ship your replacement or process a refund if the item is unavailable.
When Returns or Replacements Cannot Be Processed
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or replacements if:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered.
- The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The request is made more than 2 days after delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed. Once processing begins, cancellations will not be possible.
Shipping Charges
- Complimentary Shipping is offered on all orders above our current minimum order value (as updated from time to time).
- Cash-on-Delivery is available for eligible orders.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and will be considered final.
